Rheagan Wallace is a Texas-born actor, comedian, activist, and entrepreneur who has been stealing scenes since before she could spell the word "audition." Starting her career in Dallas with "Walker, Texas Ranger," Rheagan soon became a familiar face in Hollywood, landing memorable roles on beloved TV series such as "Malcolm in the Middle," "That's So Raven," "7th Heaven," "ER," and "NYPD Blue," as well as films like the cult-classic Six-String Samurai and Texas favorite Deep in the Heart. Her starring role in the short film Amazin' Grace earned her Best Actress honors at the Bare Bones International Film Festival.

Beyond her work in entertainment, Rheagan is the owner of Tier 4 Solutions LLC, an IT company she co-founded alongside her husband, CEO Eric Moore, and his business partner Ryan Lane. Tier 4 addresses complex technological challenges through innovative strategies in systems management, cybersecurity, web design, and emerging tech. With a strong commitment to diversity and empowerment, Tier 4 is proudly a Woman- and LGBT+-owned business, setting a standard for inclusivity and excellence in the tech industry.

Rheagan is also a founding member of Ripple, a collective of activist filmmakers dedicated to amplifying marginalized voices through storytelling. Ripple engages communities via an interactive Twitch channel, where audiences actively participate in writing, editing, and shaping resistance-focused narratives, driving progressive conversation and social change.
